Everyone is a life coach. Every day is an opportunity.
A book by Allen Kreutzkamp. Coming soon.
The art of really listening.
To be a good listener, you have to not talk as much. You “live in the question.” You spend your time asking questions to truly understand the other person and to dig deeper. Being a good coach, means really understanding others.
Helping others get the utmost clarity.
We start by leaving our own ego behind. Coaches don’t decide what’s best for others. Coaches help others explore their own possibilities. And then we help them narrow down to the options that really matter to them. A coach empowers people to act on their choices, by first helping them define their choices and then take action. Sometimes this means engaging in the learning experience of what worked, what didn’t, and starting over again.
About Allen, the author.
